Camera cannot see your pose
- Allow camera access in your browser or phone settings.
- Move back until your head, hands, hips, knees, and feet fit in frame.
- Face the camera with even lighting and remove strong backlight.
- Reload the session after changing permission settings.
- Close other apps or tabs that may already be using the camera.
Yogin does not hear a voice command
Spoken coaching and voice commands use different audio paths: you can still hear coaching even when microphone recognition is unavailable.
- Allow microphone access for Yogin in device or browser settings.
- Wait until the spoken coaching cue ends, then say the command clearly.
- Check that the correct input microphone is selected.
- Reload the session after granting permission.
- Use the visible session controls whenever speech recognition is unavailable.
A completed session did not advance
Finish with the on-screen completion action and wait for the success state before leaving. If the day still appears incomplete, reopen the plan while online so progress can sync.
