The company that processed your payment also controls the refund decision and refund method.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple decides eligibility under its policies and local consumer law.
Google Play purchases
Google processes Google Play payments and refund requests. Use your Google Play order history or Google’s refund flow. Google decides eligibility under its policies and local consumer law.
Web purchases
For a purchase made directly on the Yogin website, contact us with the account email, purchase date, and transaction identifier. Do not send card details. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
Canceling is different from a refund
Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed charge. Manage store subscriptions from the Apple or Google subscription settings tied to your purchase account.
