Acceptance By creating an account or using Yogin, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service Yogin provides guided yoga sessions, on-device pose feedback, a personalized practice plan, and progress tracking. We may change or improve features over time.

Not medical advice Yogin is a fitness and wellness product, not a medical service. Its content is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a health condition. Practice within your limits and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the app at your own risk.

Eligibility You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Yogin.

Your account You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device and sign-in secure.

Subscriptions and payments Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no interfering with its operation, no unlawful use, and no attempts to access other people's data.

Intellectual property Yogin and its content (text, video, audio, design, software) are owned by NeuraNest Studios or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own practice.

Disclaimers and liability The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraNest Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination You may stop using Yogin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country still apply.

Changes We may update these Terms; we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
