Who we are Yogin ("the app") is operated by NeuraNest Studios ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have. Contact: info@neuraneststudios.com.

Data we collect Account: your email and the identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google.

Profile & wellness: age, gender, height, current/target/starting weight, goals, body-type preferences, experience level, yoga preferences, focus areas, and any injury-sensitive areas you tell us — so we can build and adapt your practice plan.

Practice activity: sessions completed, duration, poses practiced, streaks, learning progress, favorites, and achievements.

Purchases: subscription status and history (processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat; we never see your card details).

Device & usage: app version, device type, operating system, language, and in-app events (screens viewed, features used) to understand and improve the app.

Attribution: how you found Yogin (e.g. an ad or referral link), used only to measure our marketing.

Your camera stays on your device Pose detection runs entirely on your device. Camera frames are processed locally in real time and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

How we use your data To provide the service: create your account, generate and adapt your personalized plan, track progress, and send reminders.

To improve the app: anonymized, aggregated product analytics.

To keep it working: crash and error diagnostics.

For marketing measurement: understand which campaigns bring people to Yogin so we don't waste ad spend.

Legal bases (KVKK / GDPR) We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of our legitimate interest (anonymized analytics, security, fraud prevention), and — where required — with your consent (for example the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt for the advertising identifier). You can withdraw consent or object at any time (see Your rights).

Who we share data with We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (crash and error reporting), OneSignal (push notifications), AppsFlyer (marketing attribution), and RevenueCat, Apple and Google (subscriptions and payments). Advertising partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) receive advertising-measurement data only to the extent permitted by your device settings and ATT choice. We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising identifier (iOS) On iOS we ask, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, before using your device's advertising identifier. If you decline, we do not use it and attribution falls back to privacy-preserving methods.

Data retention We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete your personal data, except records we must retain for legal or financial reasons (such as transaction records), which are kept only as long as required.

Your rights Under KVKK and GDPR you can access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent. In the app you can export your data and delete your account at any time from your profile's account controls. You can also contact us at info@neuraneststudios.com.

Security We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect it.

Children Yogin is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers Some providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Changes We may update this policy; we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
