Through your phone camera, it runs live on-device pose detection: it tracks your body joints, understands which pose you are in and how well you are holding it, and guides you with spoken narration. The image never leaves your phone — what is analysed is the geometry of your skeleton, not the picture. Privacy is not a setting; it is the architecture.
From a library of 115 poses, it builds a personal plan around your level, goals, and sensitive areas; every movement is explained with entry, alignment, deepening, and exit cues. In Quick Burn, the camera counts your reps — small wobbles never count. It tracks your progress with streaks and badges.
