✦ GUIDES

Guides for a smoother Yogin practice

Set up once, then spend less time adjusting technology and more time moving.

Set up your camera

  • Place your phone or laptop on a stable surface.
  • Keep your full body, including hands and feet, inside the frame.
  • Use even front lighting; avoid a bright window directly behind you.
  • Leave enough floor space to extend your arms and legs safely.
  • Wear clothing that keeps the outline of your joints visible.

Use spoken coaching

Turn your media volume up before the session. Yogin speaks movement and alignment cues so you can keep your attention on the pose.

Voice commands are separate from spoken coaching. If you want to control a session by speaking, allow microphone access when asked and use a supported browser or device.

Make feedback useful

  • Treat each cue as one small adjustment, not a demand to force the pose.
  • Move slowly enough for the camera to see the new position.
  • Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
  • Use the pose library to review unfamiliar movement steps.

Start a Quick Burn

Choose the body area, open a movement card, select your target repetitions, and confirm the camera preview before starting. A repetition is counted only after the movement passes through its expected range.
