Instructions étape par étape
Come into a low lunge with your right foot forward, the right knee bent and stacked over the ankle, and your left leg reaching long behind you.
Press firmly into both feet and lift your torso upright, keeping the front knee tracking over the toes and not sliding past them.
On an inhale, sweep both arms up overhead alongside your ears, reaching the fingertips toward the ceiling and keeping a gentle width across the shoulders.
Draw your lower front ribs down and lengthen the tailbone so the lower back stays long instead of arching as the arms lift.
Keep your shoulders relaxed away from your ears and gaze softly forward, breathing fully into the chest.
Hold for 5 breaths, lower the arms on an exhale, then step the back foot forward and repeat on the other side.
