Instructions étape par étape
Begin in a high plank with your shoulders stacked over your wrists, heels reaching back, and your whole body in one long line.
Spread your fingers wide and press firmly through the knuckles to protect the wrists, then shift your weight slightly forward onto the balls of your feet.
On an exhale, bend your elbows straight back and lower halfway down, keeping the elbows hugging in alongside your ribs rather than flaring out, to keep the shoulders and elbows safe.
Hover with your upper arms parallel to the floor, drawing your shoulders away from your ears and keeping them from dipping below elbow height.
Brace your core and squeeze your legs so your hips stay level with your shoulders and the lower back does not sag.
Hold for just 1 to 3 breaths, then either lower your knees and rest or press back up to plank, and lower fully if your wrists or shoulders fatigue.
