Instructions étape par étape
Begin in a crescent lunge with your front knee bent over your ankle and your back heel lifted, hands resting at your hips or on a block for balance.
Keep your front knee tracking over your middle toes and never letting it collapse inward, while you draw your low belly in and lengthen your tailbone to protect both the knee and the lower back.
On an inhale, lengthen your spine tall, then on an exhale rotate your torso open toward the back leg, sweeping the same-side arm back and the other arm forward.
Reach actively through both arms in opposite directions, twisting from your upper back and keeping both hips stable and squared so the lower spine stays safe.
Stay grounded through the front foot and steady in the core, breathing smoothly and deepening the twist slightly on each exhale for three to five breaths.
To exit, inhale back to center, bring your hands to your hips, step the back foot forward to stand, and repeat on the other side.
