Instructions étape par étape
Begin in a crescent lunge with your front knee bent over your ankle, back heel lifted, and hips squared forward.
Bring your palms together at your chest and lengthen your spine tall on an inhale to create space before you twist.
On an exhale, rotate your torso toward your front leg, hooking the opposite elbow to the outside of the front thigh while keeping both sides of your waist long.
Keep your front knee tracking over the toes and your low belly drawn in, twisting from the mid-back rather than wrenching the lower back to keep that area safe.
Press your palms firmly together and lengthen your spine a little more with each inhale, deepening the twist gently on each exhale for three to five breaths.
To release, inhale back to center, lower your hands, step forward to stand, and repeat on the other side.
